Our Story
Hello everyone my name is Mae, owner of Growing Cubs Daycare here in Vacaville. I welcome you to Growing Cubs Daycare. I would like to share a little bit about myself & my family. I was born and raised in Philippines. I studied Computer Science at FullBright College. I love going on vacations especially to beaches or the ocean, since that’s where I grew up. I also love home decorating and photography, it’s my passion. I hope to share some memorable photos with you all. I am married to amazing man named Hector, he works at a biotech company in Vacaville. We are blessed with two little boys, sweet little Dylan, who is now 4 yrs old & precious little Owen, just a toddler. I come with previous experience in owning a daycare when we lived in Sacramento so now that we live here in Vacaville, I want to continue my passion for caring and teaching little cubs!
As someone who knows what it’s like to be a working parent, I understand the stress when trying to find a daycare provider in an extremely personal way. I feel that my personal experiences gives me an insight into your needs as a parent. I operate my business from my home because Family Child Care is an incredibly personal, emotional & rewarding occupation. I love the challenge and the excitement of teaching kids! It also allows me to spend time and bond with my sons. I would like to work closely together with you as I believe frequent communication is essential to success.

-Preventive Health and Safety for Child Care Providers
-Certified CPR for: Adults, Child, Infant and California Child Care Pediatric First Aide.

At Growing Cubs Daycare I have a passion towards cultivating a positive, fun & engaging/learning environment for each child all while teaching respect and providing lots of loving individual attention. We understand and embrace each child as a unique individual with an exceptional ability to expand their knowledge about themselves, others, and the world around them through active learning.
My #1 goal is for your child to feel completely safe, secure, loved, happy, and mentally stimulated with fun activities to do while having a great time at my daycare. I also want you to have total peace of mind that your child is happy and safe while you are at work. About Our Program
At Growing Cubs Daycare we have structured activities throughout the day such as: circle time, sensory play, outdoor play, ABC alphabet learning, arts & crafts, music, dance, numbers and shapes. Every week we have new theme activities to keep them engaged . We also have a preschool curriculum to ensure the little cubs are school-ready.
